Legal information
Privacy
This page explains how we handle contact form information and which external services load when you browse the website.
Controller and contact
Compostela Disc Golf Club is the data controller. You can contact us at contacto@composteladiscgolf.com.
Information we collect
When you use the form, we collect your name, email address, subject and message, and add the submission date to forward them to the club members handling enquiries. We do not store the form contents on the website or in a local database. We use a technical session cookie to protect the form and display its status messages. Spam filters use temporary in-memory counters and technical connection data; the server may generate technical access logs without the form contents. The club does not add its own analytics or advertising tools.
External content: YouTube and maps
The Press section includes YouTube (Google) players in privacy-enhanced mode through youtube-nocookie.com. When a player loads, your browser connects to Google and sends technical information such as your IP address and browser details. When you play a video, Google may process usage information and use cookies or other storage mechanisms under its policies. Privacy-enhanced mode limits personalisation, but does not eliminate connections or all data processing by the provider.
The course page loads an interactive map from map.composteladiscgolf.com, which may use external mapping services. The map can access your location to provide directions if you grant the permission requested by your browser.
How we use it
We process this information only to read and respond to your enquiry, manage a possible club membership or handle your specific request. The legal basis is your consent.
Storage and recipients
The server sends messages through a Telegram bot to the configured chats of the club members handling enquiries. Telegram therefore processes the submitted information, and messages remain in those chats under the service's policies until deleted. The club should keep them only as long as needed to handle the enquiry and meet applicable obligations. The website server keeps no persistent copy or message queue.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection to the processing of your information by writing to the contact address. You can also withdraw your consent and lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
